Chip Minemyer, editor and general manager of The Tribune-Democrat in Johnstown and general manager of The Times-News of Cumberland, Maryland, has been named the publisher in both markets, parent company CNHI announced Wednesday.

Minemyer was named editor of The Tribune-Democrat in 2004 and has been general manager in Johnstown and Cumberland since 2021. He also serves as publisher for Johnstown Magazine and Allegany Magazine.
